Lunar Womb Tea Recipe for Full Moons
Jun 10, 2025
There’s something undeniably sacred about steeping herbs under the glow of the full moon. In many womb-centered traditions, the full moon marks a time of illumination, release, and intuitive power—an invitation to soften, surrender, and listen inward.
Whether you’re navigating the high energy of ovulation or sinking into the stillness of your bleed, this Lunar Infusion Tea offers gentle support for your emotional, physical, and spiritual body. Made with herbs like white willow bark, passionflower, chamomile, and rose, this blend is crafted to help you let go of what no longer serves you while wrapping your womb in calming, heart-opening energy.
In this post, I’m sharing my go-to full moon tea ritual—including why these herbs matter, how to infuse them with intention, and a step-by-step recipe you can return to month after month.
Ready to sip, soften, and sync with the moon? Let’s brew boo.
🍵 Lunar Womb Tea Recipe
Try this simple recipe and let these herbs soothe your cycle.
-
1 tsp White Willow Bark – for natural pain relief and anti-inflammatory properties (great for cramps, tension, or stagnation)
-
1 tsp Passionflower – to soothe anxiety, calm the nervous system, and support deep emotional release
-
1 tsp Chamomile – gently relaxes the body and womb, also helps digestion and sleep
-
1 tsp Lavender – balances emotions and adds floral calm to your cup
-
½ tsp Rose Petals – opens the heart chakra, helps with emotional healing and womb connection
-
Optional: ½ tsp Oatstraw – if you want added nourishment and nervous system support
Directions:
-
Place herbs in a 32oz glass jar (or large French press/teapot).
-
Cover with room temperature or cool filtered water (hot water will degrade some of the energetic essence we want from the moonlight).
-
Seal the jar with a lid (or breathable cloth if you want more moon energy, but beware of bugs!)
-
Place under the full moon 🌕 overnight — ideally on a balcony, windowsill, or yard where it can absorb moonlight.
-
Strain in the morning, bless it, and sip slowly with intention.
Enjoy dreamy morning cup that calms cramps and clears emotional tension.
❗Caution: white Willow Bark is not recommended for people with aspirin allergies, ulcers, or bleeding disorders. Passionflower may enhance the effects of sedatives—always check compatibility if on medications. This blend is not recommended for use in pregnancy.
