You’re not the same everyday - and the way you design your life shouldn’t be either.
Our Womb Work Initiation will provide you with a real-world understanding of the hormonal, energetic, emotional, and spiritual changes that take place throughout the four distinct phases of your menstrual cycle, as well as the practical information you need to design your life according to your physiology.
Imagine gathering on Zoom for five days live with other women from all over the world to soak in the education about your menstrual cycle and its power. Everything you never got in school and should’ve received from your elders.
Day 01
After teaching so many women about their menstrual cycles, I’ve realized something: the way we experience our first period is often the story we continue to tell ourselves every month as we bleed. And it bleeds right into the way we BIRTH.
On day one of Womb Wellness, we will gather in ceremony with women from all around the world to sing, share, and heal your first period story.
Day 02
Day 03
Ready to receive the physical, hormonal, energetic, and spiritual changes that take place during the four distinct seasons of the menstrual cycle? On day two, we’ll break down your menstrual cycle in an easy-to-understand, easy-to-integrate way that will have you wondering why the hell you didn’t learn this sooner.
It’s time to eat, live, work, and exercise according to your unique cycle. There’s way more to period power than just having a theoretical understanding of your cycle. On the third day, learn about the best foods, how to seed cycle, when to exercise, and how to balance work according to your menstrual cycle. You will also walk away with at least one special embodiment exercise you can do for every phase for optimal balance and nourishment.
Day 04
Let’s talk about period products, period stigma and period poverty across the globe. Menstrual equity and stigma go hand in hand and are global issues. It’s important to be able to understand how periods are viewed in other cultures, and how to help create more sustainable solutions for those in need.
