🔍 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Active practicing doula (with at least 2 clients in the last 6 months)

  • Grant must be spent on continuing education directly related to your doula work (excludes medical training such as midwifery or birth assistant courses)

🎓 Expectations:

  • Attend the entire training

  • Complete any training work, including certification, tests, or assessments

  • Complete an assessment for NOBA and NOBA's community of doulas (pre and post survey, and focus group participation)

  • Optional: Provide a presentation or PowerPoint to be shared at a NOBA event
